The Minnesota Psychoanalytic Institute (MPI) is a provisional institute under the sponsorship of the Committee on New Training Facilities of the American Psychoanalytic Association.
The first class began in the year 2000 and has completed its training. The second group began in 2005, and we will begin our third group of candidates in the Fall of 2008.

Psychoanalytic training at MPI encompasses a broad range of theory and technique, with special attention given to developmental considerations and to clinical case presentations.
