Application details
The application packet you receive in the mail will include a checklist of the materials you need to submit. These include:
- A completed application
- Copy of license to practice (if available)
- Copy of current malpractice insurance (if self-insured)
- A statement which explains why you are interested in participating in this program, and what your experience is with psychoanalytic psychotherapy
- A $200 application fee
After completing and submitting the application, you will be notified of acceptance and the starting date of classes.
